RoHS Exemptions

RoHS Exemptions are being reviewed and possibly expire from 1st July 2010. For example, Paul Freeman of ICERA has raised a concern with RoHS Exemption 15: "Lead in solders to complete a viable electrical connection between semiconductor die and carrier within integrated circuit Flip Chip packages."
